How the passport photo print sheet maker works
This tool arranges one or more images into a sheet that you can print on A4, US Letter, 4 × 6 inch, 5 × 7 inch or A5 paper. Select photo dimensions, set how many copies are required for each image, and choose margins, spacing, orientation and cutting guides.
How to get the correct printed size
Start with the dimensions required by the organisation receiving your photo. Different passport, visa, identity-card and application processes can have different rules, including face size, head position, background, recency, expression and paper or digital requirements. A correctly sized print sheet does not guarantee the underlying photo will be accepted.
Download the PDF when you need a document with defined paper dimensions. When printing, choose the correct paper and use Actual size or 100% scaling. Avoid automatic enlargement or reduction if you require a particular physical photo size.
Privacy and image handling
Photos are loaded and laid out locally in your browser. The tool does not upload photos to a remote image-processing service. When finished, close the page to discard the working session.
Frequently asked questions
Can I put different people's photos on one sheet?
Yes. Add multiple photos and set a separate copy count for each image.
Does the tool remove photo backgrounds?
No. The background colour setting fills transparent or unused areas; it does not remove an existing photo background.
Why should I print at 100%?
Fit-to-page scaling can resize the page, causing the physical dimensions of each photo to differ from your chosen measurements.
Does this guarantee official passport photo compliance?
No. Photo dimensions and acceptance rules vary. Confirm the latest requirements with the relevant issuing authority before submitting a photo.
